How can I pull off the cop chick wardrobe?
Set up: Have you seen Women’s Murder Club or Law and Order:SVU? That’s the style I’m into. I’m cheap so plain shirts and pants are fine. Mix and match type thing. Throw on a jacket or belt to spice it up…
I’m mid twenties, a new-to-the-city New Yorker and looking for something hip and easy to pull off. My problem is I’m 5’2″ and size 0. Genetics and high metabolism at play folks, honestly. Some women would love to have this ‘problem’ but it’s torture finding clothes. Any good stores, designers, etc. that I can start with?
It’s hard to find nice shirts that are long enough/short enough and the same goes with pants. It’s either too long or highwaters and I can’t afford to have them tailored.
I’m what you would say champagne taste with a beer budget.

If your looking for low prices try Joyce Leslie or Strawberry.
Rainbow shops is another place for discount stuff thats sharp.
