It gets a 10 from me!
I think you need the perspective of a male mind – for balance. It looks like a Burberry shopfloor employee couldn’t fold a jumper properly.
From an engineering perspective, the design is wasteful of materials and ignorant of functionality. It will trap water, dirt and any spider that happens to wander into the needless creases. The corner reinforcements are probably not sturdy enough. A single row of stitching on the handles is nowhere near the minimum required to support the stuff a lady puts in a bag.
Ergonomically, the sticky-up bit of excess material will catch your arm as you walk. The handles are not well designed to hang from a shoulder, nor will they provide enough friction – the user will be shifting it almost every step.
Economically – at that sort of money in this day and age – it simply does not represent any value for money whatsoever. There is a maximum of £20 of materials in it and, even if it was handmade by Prince Philip, the labour, shipping etc, couldn’t push the real value of this bag above £100. Why they charge £500 for it is because some people rate it as ‘hot’.
