I need some precision differential gear set about 2 inches in diameter for small loads?
I want to go Trunion with bearings and attach a timing belt pulley on the outside diameter. This device is a product that is produced in large quantities. The cost is a problem.
You can jump to cycloidal gear profile – the type used in wristwatches. As needed in large quantities, can be made of plastic (polycarbonate I prefer) using injection molding. Injection Molding Equipment is expensive, but you can always outsource to a supplier. Invest only in injection molding.
