NEED HELP!! IF YOU OWN A LONGCHAMP le pliage handbag. please compare with mine. I think its fake.
?
Hi, so my boyfriend was sweet enough to order me a large longchamp le pliage handbag BUT he ordered it from magnum.net at full retail price and I think I received a fake one.
For anyone that has a real longchamp can you please let me know if my bag compares to an authentic one. I won’t keep it if its fake.
Okay there are only two things that are really fishy about the bag:
1. The horse and rider DO NOT have a line underneath on the front of the leather flap.
2. the back of the leather has two lines with words in this order and look:
LONGCHAMP
LE PLIAGE “SHOPPING”- MODELE DEPOSE
Both these things are not similar to the majority of the bags i have found on websites including the longchamp website. It does not say made in france on the back of the leather. (like i think it should) So anyone please let me know if my suspicions are true?? I hope not but then again I don’t want a fake. Also are there any tags on the inside of the bag to compare?
I’m sorry but I just looked at mine (bought in January from the store) and no…it doesn’t match to yours…. sorry ![]()
there is a line under the insignia and the words are not in correct order. It should say made in france
There is one tag- it is a opaque tag connected to a seam in the bag. It states that it is made in france, a line of numbers, another line of letters and numbers, another line of numbers then the symbols that show how to wash the bag. Other than that, there is one internal pocket.
