how do I get confirmation a Chloe handbag I bought is fake, not genuine?
I bought it from eBay and they won’t give me my money back unless I get a statement/certificate from somewhere confirming it’s fake. They suggested the police or the Trading Standards, neither of whom will help. I’ve tried getting in touch with a Chloe concession at a department store but with no success yet.
I know Ebay has a complain department. Have they been able to help you at all.?
Go to a department store that sells Chloe handbags and explain the situation to them, they might be able to give you some advise.
How much was the bags. Is it worth it to get a lawyer.?
